The aim of Sustainable Arnside is to facilitate a more sustainable future for Arnside and its residents by:

Helping residents to understand and reduce their carbon footprints

Encouraging the adoption of renewable energy sources for homes and transport

Promotion of environmental awareness and improvement

Advising on improvements to domestic energy efficiency and insulation.
All About Us
We are a non-political, community-led group formed to support Arnside in the effort to reduce damaging climate change and environmental degradation. Any resident of Arnside or the surrounding area can become a member of Sustainable Arnside for £18 per annum and receive information on our activities and projects.
We would like to see people of all ages, backgrounds and experience join in our efforts.
We have good links with Arnside Parish Council, Futureproof Cumbria and many other local groups.
